Accomodation
Each guest is asked to take care of his/her own accommodation.
For the moment, have a look at booking.com. Looking for conventions.
Hotels in Sesto Fiorentino are nearer and cheaper than those in Florence (but of course you miss the possibility of living in the center of Florence). A good compromise could be that of looking for an hotel near Rifredi train station, which is conveniently near to the center and also with good connections to the Polo Scientifico. If you come by car, you can also look for some bed and breakfast on the hills, generally in a beautiful environment.
Here are some suggestion. Please, make your reservation as soon as possible, since September is still a tourist month.
